The unusual shape, the cramped space and, Unsurprisingly, the lack of devices in the frame for installing PC hardware, presents our reader with some challenges. The result is impressed

Once the wooden plate was edited, cut and painted black in the hardware store, the computer equipment could be installed. But the rim finally had to give out its first springs and was destroyed for use on the car. To assemble the base plate, the rim horn had to be drilled. Cramped space was a problem, especially for the graphics card:

When first trying to set up the edge on hardware or via the Gigabyte RTX 4070 Ti, I noticed that 17″ is suddenly not so big!

A tribute to the narrow space is revealed on the back of the PC rim. The cables, the 360mm radiator for CPU cooling and the power supply finally need to be placed somewhere. Only here there is no residential wall that could cleverly hide this. The result of the craftsmanship still impresses. Stylish LED lighting that appears on the edge and through the screw holes and a high-quality anthracite edge go a long way. But only a pretty look would not be worth anything here, the final functional test over several hours was positive. So nothing stands in the way of pleasure. The installation of a second computer in another rim immediately followed.
