The Everfrost 2 is powered by a removable 288 Am-Iron-Fhosphate (LiFEPO4) battery, which should provide a cooling capacity on a charge of up to 52 hours. This was tested at an internal temperature of 0 degrees Celsius and an external temperature of 25 degrees Celsius with the 40-L version.

The batteries can also be used as a power bank and have a 60 W-USB-C and a 12-W USB-C connection. Small devices such as the smartphone or tablet can be supplied with electricity.
The Everfrost 2 can be charged via solar power (100 watts), AC power (95 watts), car box (95 watts) or USB-C (60 watts). The empty battery is quickly recharged after 3.6 hours.
Use outdoors even in the rain
The cooling box has 6-inch wheels for transport outdoors. The fold-out tray also serves as a handle. The Everfrost 2 is also provided with protection against spray water according to IPX3, which means it can be used even in the rain. The cool box can be controlled via the Anchor app that is offered for Android and iOS.
Anker will also offer outdoor accessories for Everfrost 2, including the RoadTrip Kit, the hooked and beach wheels.

The Everfrost 2 in the model sizes with 40 L and 58 L will be offered for pre-sale from March 7 to March 21, 2025 on the Anker Solix product page. Officially, Everfrost 2 will be available on March 21, 2025 in the Anker Solix online store, on Amazon and in retail. The 23 L model is available from May 2025.
