The picture is gradually ending: Further key data on the upcoming GeForce RTX 5060 (TI) and RTX 5050 graphics cards are being leaked. Now there is information on the GPU version, shader units as well as memory and TDP.

Previous rumors for the entry models of the new generation Blackwell have confirmed and ended @kopite7kimi, known for authentic information. The GeForce RTX 5060 Ti will therefore carry the GB206-300-A1 with 4,608 shaders and combines it with 8 GB or 16 GB GDDR7 as expected. Based on 28 Gbps and 128 bits for the memory, this means 448 GB / s throughput. The TDP of the graphics card is given as 180 watts. This is 20 watts more than the predecessor RTX 4060 Ti.
For the GeForce RTX 5060, the GB206-250-A1 is suspected, which still has 3,840 shader units. Here there are also 128 bits of 150 watts and 8 GB GDDR7.
The return of the 50th series is then the absolute entry: the GeForce RTX 5050 is to use the small GB207-GPU (GB207-300) and to power 2,560 shaders. A 128-bit interface is also suspected here, but the memory should be cheaper and slower GDDR6. The TDP is estimated at 130 watts.
Market launch from April?
