The Zen 5 architecture has yet to arrive in the AMD Workstation portfolio. This should change with Shimada Peak. There are now references to two models: the Ryzen Threadripper Pro 9975WX is expected to have 32 cores, while the Ryzen Threadripper Pro 9965WX will receive 24 cores.
The information comes from the NBD data in the Import/Export database, which previously provided information on the new AMD Threadripper with up to 96 cores. However, the entries discovered by @olrak29_ are now far from these flagship products. AMD Ryzen Threadripper (Pro) 9975WX and 9965WX Notes
With the Ryzen Threadripper Pro 9975WX likely featuring 32 cores, it shouldn’t be the top model yet. Therefore, it should also yield models such as a Ryzen Threadripper Pro 9985WX with 64 cores and a Ryzen Threadripper Pro 9995WX with 96 cores if the above information fits into the picture.

The Ryzen Threadripper 9965WX is said to be the successor to the Ryzen Threadripper Pro 7965X with its 24 cores. The new models are also specified with 350 watts and the SP6 base. In this respect, there are reportedly no changes to the predecessors of the Storm Peak family. BIOS updates could guarantee use in existing mainboards, at least according to the assumptions.

Rumors of a version with 3D V-Cache
It also remains to be seen whether there will be versions with an additional stacked L3 cache for the first time, as with the Ryzen X3D. At least a mention of “3D V-Cache” in a BIOS manual for Asus’ TR5 series threadripper mainboards doesn’t seem completely absurd.
