Lian Li Hydroshift II LCD: The Curved AIO Display Is Also Motorized 20 comments
Lian Li is presenting an AIO water cooler at the Calpex 2025, whose display is not only bendable, but also motorized. The curved Hydroshift II LCD can therefore change direction without having to open the case. However, a variant with a classic pump head display is also offered.
Following in the footsteps of Tryx and Asus
Displays in high-priced AIO water cooling pump units have been on the market for years, but they are almost always simple LC displays with low resolution. At last year’s Calpex, the young manufacturer Tryx received a lot of attention for its new panoramic water cooler with an AMOLED display, which was bent 90 degrees, as reported by GamersNexus. Nearly half a year later, at CES 2025, ASUS unveiled a very similar product with the ROG Ryuo IV SLC 360 Argb, which has a smaller display than the TRYX Panorama.
Lian Li is now following this trend with the curved Hydroshift II LCD, but is going a step further. Simply installing a curved 2K LCD panel doesn’t seem to be enough for the Taiwanese manufacturer; it has also motorized it. This allows the display to be rotated horizontally and vertically in height to offer “the best possible perspective” on the extravagant cooling.

The curved Hydroshift II LCD also has a fan on the pump unit, which is supposed to cool the voltage converters and RAM. The tubes are relatively rigid—Lian Li calls them “metal tubes”—and must therefore remain in the desired shape. Your connections to the pump are hidden by the display. The three fans of the 360 mm radiator are grouped into a single frame; thanks to daisy chaining, only one fan connection is occupied.
At first glance, it becomes clear that this water cooling won’t be cheap. Lian Li is pricing the Hydoshift II Curbed at $269.99 before taxes. It will be available in black and white, but a market launch can’t be expected until the fourth quarter.
A “normal” AIO display is also on the cards.
Lian Li also has a more standard implementation in its luggage, as is already known from many offerings on the market. The Lian Li Hydroshift II LCD-C CL has a 2.1-inch round display on which system information is displayed or displayed using the L-Connect 3 software.

The Hydroshift II LCD-C CL is expected to be launched next week, specifically on May 29th. The price is $179.99, and there is no Euro pricing. There will also be a black and white model.
