The retro keyboards from 8Bitdo in the design of the C64 or N64 have not yet been with a German keyboard layout. That changes now, as the manufacturer is now launching European versions of its retro keyboards in Germany.
Retro Nintendo design for Germany
From now on, apart from the US keyboard layout, which has also been available in Germany since 2023, a localized keyboard design for Great Britain, Spain, France, Germany and you is available. UK layout is available in Commodore Design as C64 Retro Mechanical Keyboard, German (Qwertz-Layout), French (Azerty Layout), Spanish (Es-Layout) and Nordic in Nintendo Red and Gray design of NES.

8Bitdo retro mechanical keyboards are compatible with Windows and Android and can be connected to devices wirelessly via Bluetooth or a 2.4GHz radio module and wired via USB. For cordless use, it has a battery with 2,000 mAh, which is intended to ensure a battery life of around 200 hours.
Keyboards can be adjusted and programmed via the “8Bitdo Ultimate Software v2″. The 87-key keyboards rely on white Kailh box mechanical switches with PBT keycaps. The buttons are pronounced tactile buttons with an audible click. With dimensions of only 37.6 × 16.9 × 4.7 cm (L × W × H) and a weight of 1050 grams, the retro NES mechanical keyboard is made without a numeric keypad.

Two separate action buttons
Two additional “big buttons”, which are supplied separately from the keyboard, serve as action buttons and are labeled based on older Nintendo controllers with “A” and “B”. They too can be freely programmed.
