Aerocool DA301A & DA502A: Play with the housing with rods and cuboid openings 6 comments

Two new Aerocool housings play with design elements. The DA301A places a wooden rod on the front, the DA501A on cuboid openings to look different. There are also solid mid-range features, including four fans and a fan center.
The DA502A plays with air vents
The DA502 is available in black or white for around 61 euros and plays with air vents. The MIDI Tower offers virtually unlimited current coolers and graphics cards. It also accommodates four hard drives. Two 2.5″/3.5″ mounting locations provide support on the case floor, which has a slot and installation space for screwing a data carrier into the case. Two more 2.5″ carriers are located behind the continuous panel.
For ventilation, Aerocool provides three Argb fans behind the front, which draw air through large square openings. Another fan is located at the rear, and additional copies can be retrofitted to the right side, the lid, and the PSU opening. The DA502 accommodates radiators up to 360 mm in size at the top and front. A hub with five connections controls the fans and LEDs. Aerocool da502a
The DA301A uses wood
The DA301A is the micro-ATX version of the Aerocool D501A V2, which was already presented at the beginning of the year, with only five instead of seven expansion slots. Like the ATX model, it is currently available for around 70 euros in black and white at dealerships.

Because the height is reduced but the width is slightly increased, the volume remains at around 46 liters. This has implications for fan coverage: the DA301A accommodates fewer 140 mm fans and reduces the height of the CPU coolers to 166 millimeters; the radiator support remains under the cover with 360 mm models and behind the front. It is also cooled by four 120 mm ARG fans that are mounted in the same center as the DA501A and DA502A.
Furthermore, the number of 2.5″ brackets, in addition to the floor mount for data carriers, is reduced to just one; a 3.5″ hard drive can be installed on the right side if necessary. Given the lack of decoupling, this is clearly an emergency solution, primarily aimed at polishing the spec sheet.
