BIOS updates from Asrock: Ryzen 9000 memory incompatibility no longer boots 17 comments
A problem in GDR5 memory control no longer had Ryzen 9000 systems with ASRock cards. Updates are now tracked directly on the foot, the manufacturer has already stressed in the morning that, contrary to some reports, no processor has broken.
Storage problem instead of a faulty processor
The fact that he grabbed the AMD Ryzen 9800x3d gaming processor (test) was obvious, after all, this is almost the only CPU that AMD also sold in large quantities. Asrock says, however, that all Ryzen 9000s are potentially affected, faulty processors the company denies. Rather, it is incompatibilities in memory that lead to startup problems.
The new beta-BIO versions should solve the problem, the manufacturer provides them.
