Asus ROG Ryuo IV SLC 360 ARGB AIO: Tryx panoramic competitor with 6.7-inch curved AMOLED 8 comments

Last year, Tryx made a splash with the Tryx Panorama 360 all-in-one water cooling system: the cooling block-pump unit offered not just any screen, but a 6.5 AMOLED inches curved at 90°. At CES, Asus is launching a direct competitor, the ROG Ryuo IV SLC 360 ARGB, whose screen measures 6.7 inches.
Curved AMOLED and bright fans
In addition to the AMOLED display, the three 120 mm fans on the 360 mm radiator ensure lighting effects in the PC. They emit their RGB light not only parallel to the fan hub, but also via the fan frames, and are connected in series, which makes installation easier and at the same time guarantees more order.
Optimized routing of pipes and cables
The connection between the cooler with pump and the radiator with fans is also intended to benefit from the wireless look of PC systems with Asus Back-to-Future technology (cables hidden via the rear connections of the motherboard): the cables or pipes of the 4th generation Ryuo do not leave the radiator at the end, but in the center and therefore potentially at the level of the radiator. They can therefore also be shorter.
The Asus ROG Ryuo IV SLC 360 ARGB can be controlled as usual via Asus’ Armory Crate software suite.
The price may be very high
Asus has not yet announced a recommended price or release date before the presentation at CES 2025. The predecessor Ryuo III with a 360 mm radiator currently costs 250 euros. The Panorama 360 from Tryx costs well over 300 euros. The ROG Ryuo VI will also likely be expensive.
Techconseil received information about this item from Asus under NDA. The only requirement was the earliest possible publication date.
