The same question arises a week after market launch regarding the Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT (review) as well as the four “available” GeForce RTX 50 graphics cards. NVIDIA, for its part, is trying to smooth things out: compared to the start of the RTX 40, twice as many graphics cards were shipped for the RTX 50. But the comparison is significantly off, as Jan and Fabian determine.
Then, the two discuss the last Sunday at the RDNA-4-GPUS market launch, before the podcast concludes with an eye toward what NVIDIA is expected for the GDC 2025 Game Developer Conference. In addition to RTX and AI features with increasing VRAM requirements, this also includes rumors of the GeForce RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti with, among other things, 8 GB of graphics memory.
