CB Radio: The Fifteenth Episode
A year ago, Nicolas was once again a guest at Nvidia’s GPU Technology 2025 conference in San Jose last week. GTC is Nvidia’s developer fair, like Apple WWDC, MS Build, or Google I/O, and offers CEO Jensen Huang a large stage for his opening show each year. What Nvidia showed on site and what it’s like to be at such a fair, reports Nicolas Fabian in this episode.
Afterwards, the two also discuss the upcoming gaming graphics cards, namely the GeForce RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti, which weren’t a problem before different rumors about the GTC (and the Game Developers Conference), which is taking place concurrently. However, this topic isn’t euphoric, but it’s very different with the graphics of Assassin’s Creed: Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Ubisoft’s new action adventure is stunning, but offers—even better!—a built-in benchmark that will soon inspire a community benchmark. And AMD is currently also flying high, at least with the sales figures of the Radeon RX 9070 (XT). We hope you enjoy listening!
