Intel B860 vs. Z890

Boards equipped with the B860 chipset can also simultaneously connect a 16-lane graphics card and a 4-lane NVMe SSD via PCIe 5.0, but unlike the Z890, the use of the CPU’s PCIe lanes is exhausted. Thunderbolt 4 can also only be implemented once on boards with a B860 chipset, but it can be implemented twice on the Z890. There are other restrictions on USB ports and OC (BCLK) capabilities, although RAM-OC is supported.
