Announced in December 2022, game developer Hideo Kojima followed early footage of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. With a new trailer, Sony now names the final release date – June 26, 2025.

The trailer, which is quite detailed at over 10 minutes in length, provides a glimpse of the upcoming game for protagonist Sam Porter Bridges and the toddler now accompanying him. The trailer also provides information on the available versions of the game, ranging from around 250 euros to around 80 euros. Pre-orders receive exclusive in-game items.
Death Beaching 2: On the Beach (initially) will be released exclusively for PlayStation 5. The first part, Death Stranding (test), also appeared for the PC after almost three quarters of a year.
