Farming Simulator 25: Content Update #1 and Patch 1.6 Released 10 comments

The first free content update has been released for farming simulator 25. The update brings five new machines, including two new tractors in two performance levels. Patch 1.6 has also been rolled out along with the content update. The update brings improvements for the user interface and some bug fixes.
Five new machines
The first free content update for Farming Simulator 25 brings five new machines and devices if the individual power levels of the two tractors have not been counted individually. The motto of the update appears to be Bale’s manipulation. There is a cuboid bale grab that can be mounted on tractor front loaders, telescopic loaders or wheel loaders. The gripper can grab and load two balls at a time. Appropriately, there are two new tractor series: Claas Arion with two engine variants 530 and 550 as well as the John Deeres 6R series in the 230 and 250 versions..

Patch 1.6 brings new comfort features
Patch 1.6, which is about 1.5 gigabytes on the PC, brings over 30 improvements, bug fixes and new options for MOD developers. There are some improvements that affect the user interface. Since the game somehow lives from modifications that can be downloaded comfortably via the modhub, it has so far been quite tedious to keep several dozen modifications up to date. Patch 1.6 Insert a new button with which all modifications for which an update is available can be updated at the same time.
Further improvements in the patch concern the stability and performance of the game. The latter is said to have been further improved with the patch. Some models have received visual adjustments and a large number of texts have been corrected. The calculation of custom pastures for different animal species and animal productivity have been corrected. Roadmap for more content
After the announcement of the Nexat-Pack for March 11th at the beginning of February and the first content update was released, a free, remastered map called Silverrun Forest and another free map will be made in the first quarter. In the second quarter of 2025, the DLC is to appear with the working title “Performance on Plains and Prairies” and the precision cultivation mod. In the third quarter of 2025, a package with the code name “The Stars Align” will be released. A completely new map has been announced for the fourth quarter of 2025 as part of an expansion for the farming simulator 25.
