Geographic Future simply works on Model 0 Flamingo. With a volume of 3 liters, the case is not only small, but also practical. The manufacturer expects the “backpack class”. The model also remains flexible during setup.
Dimensions of 208 × 81 × 206 millimeters and a volume of a good 3 liters bring the Model 0 Flamingo into the dimensions of an Apple Mac Mini (197 × 35 × 197 mm). Unlike the Apple-The product can be freely mounted on the Model 0 Flamingo components. This is facilitated by the recovery of housing.
Two components are enough
The side parts and covers can simply be removed via hinges. There is room in the small case for a mini-ITX motherboard and a power supply, the layout of which is a tri-form factor. It is narrower than normal ATX or SFX variants and therefore ideal for the configuration used here, but difficult to replace.
The delivery of Model 0 already includes an energy distributor. The “Guitarra” model provides up to 200 watts of power. Since neither expansion cards nor hard drives outside of M.2 format can be installed, in particular the processor must be provided, which describes the housing scenario of the case well.

Cooling is done exclusively via the fans of the components, i.e. in this case the CPU and the power supply. On the processor, a 60 millimeter high cooler can be installed, which moves on the mesh grille above the main board. The exhaust air is transported from the sides to the outside.
The air openings, the manufacturer writes on its homepage, are said to be covered with an Alcantara-like material. The minimalism continues elsewhere. There is no I/O panel, just a “lightly tactile button” to turn on the computer.
Connections on the back
The magnetic feet allow the case to be installed in three directions. The two conditions: the connections must be visible to the rear and the large ventilation grille in the room.
It is still unclear when and at what price the Model 0 Flamingo will be marketed in Germany. Due to its small size and relatively simple construction, a price below 100 euros will be accepted.
