MSI MPG 325CQRXF: 32-inch monitor with 280 Hz and Adaptive Sync presented 10 comments

MSI is not waiting for CES to present new products either and is giving free rein to the MSI MPG 325CQRXF. The 32-inch monitor (31.5-inch panel) offers a variable refresh rate of 48 to 280 Hz with Adaptive Sync and uses a Rapid VA panel that is supposed to offer a response time of 0.5 ms GtG.
Maximum 400 nits
The panel is tightly curved with a curvature of 1,000R and has a resolution of 2,560 × 1,440 pixels (WQHD). When it comes to maximum brightness, compromises have to be made without an OLED display; the display should reach a maximum of 400 cd/m² for HDR content, which however gives it a verification according to VESA DisplayHDR 400. A maximum of 350 cd/m² should be reached for SDR content. MSI specifies the contrast ratio at 3,200:1, which means that the VA panel generally performs better than IPS displays. The color space coverage is worth mentioning, which is said to be 96% DCI-P3 and 127% sRGB. Connections with restrictions
Ports include HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.4a, and USB-C with Alt Mode, although only DisplayPort and USB-C support the full 280Hz. The HDMI port is limited to 144Hz. The USB-C port also offers power delivery of up to 98 watts, so laptops can also be charged on the monitor while their image is transferred to the screen. For peripherals, two USB-A and one USB Type-B are offered upstream.

Unlike the MSI MAG 325CQRXF with a maximum frequency of 240 Hz, which is priced from around 500 euros, there is currently no price or market launch date in Germany for the MSI MPG 325CQRXF.
