Apple released a new Apple Watch Pride Edition Sportband in June for Pride Month, a watch face and wallpaper for iPhone and iPad. The company aims to celebrate the “strength and beauty of LGBTQ+ communities around the world.” The new sporting events are now available for €49.
“Hand-composed and pressed” sporting events
The Pride Edition sporting events are available for the Apple Watch in 40, 42, and 46 mm case sizes, as well as S/M and M/L lengths, and cost €49, regardless of the size selected. The 46mm sport bands are also compatible with older models of the Apple Watch that actually require a 44mm band. As Apple explained, the new Sports Armband is “assembled and pressed by hand,” which is supposed to create subtle yet striking variations. No two bands are alike, Apple says.
Pride Harmony Dial with watchOS 11.5
The dynamic “Pride Harmony” dial is expected to be released with the upcoming watchOS 11.5. The “analog” dial features rainbow bands that dynamically move across the display and form large hour figures when you raise your wrist to view the time.

New background images for iPhone and iPad
The new background images for iPhone and iPad (see Maker) are planned for the release of iOS 18.5 and iPadOS 18.5 and are therefore free. The colors are expected to change their position when the device is moved, locked, or unlocked.
