After Razer launched the Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition in black at the beginning of 2023, the superlative magnesium mouse is now available in white in a limited edition of 13,337 pieces. The price is once again raised to 339.99 euros.
Exclusively at Razer from Monday
The first launch of the Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition in white for 339.99 euros begins on October 21, 2024 at 5 p.m. German time, exclusively directly from Razer.
In the Viper Mini Signature Edition, high-end technology meets an exoskeleton-like magnesium housing with a total weight of only 49 grams. Razer manufactures the magnesium case using an injection molding process and brings the magnesium into its final shape using a CNC machine and polishes it, which is then used to be refined through passivation and painting.
This exclusive edition features the Razer Focus Pro 30K optical sensor, which could be the PixArt PAW-3950, and Razer Gen-3 optical mouse switches, integrated with Razer HyperPolling technology to deliver a wireless polling rate of 8,000 Hz. With the Viper Mini Signature Edition, Razer is talking about 60 hours of battery life for the usual 1,000 Hertz; if 8,000 Hertz is used, this duration is reduced to only 12 hours. The magnesium mouse’s lithium-ion battery can be fully recharged in less than 60 minutes. Charging takes place via the flexibly coiled USB-C to USB-A cable, which in wireless operation is connected to the HyperPolling wireless dongle, conveniently located directly behind the mouse pad and therefore within easy reach on the table.

Lots of accessories in a non-white box
As for the buttons, Razer uses its own third-generation optomechanical switches for left and right clicks. And the choice of mouse feet is also not surprising: once again, sliding elements made of pure PTFE are used. The Viper Mini Signature Edition comes with a second set of mouse feet made from Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Glass mouse feet like this have been gaining popularity in the mouse community for years.

Delivery of the Viper Mini Signature Edition in white also offers additional bonuses. Razer includes two sets of grip strips, along with a white microfiber cloth and two alcohol pads. Additionally, the manufacturer offers a three-year warranty for this particular mouse. The little Viper and its accessories come in a black leather-look box – they haven’t gone white here.
According to Razer, the Viper Mini Signature Limited Edition is “designed for those who appreciate the finer aspects of gaming culture and want a minimalist masterpiece to match their all-white battlestation.” The mouse should therefore also be seen as “a statement of style and sophistication”.
