Ring Home Premium also offers the option of 24/7 24/7 recording with power using a power plug or hardwire.
Alexa compatible and with security features
The outdoor camera can also be connected to compatible Alexa-enabled devices to stream live video or use the intercom function. To protect privacy, Ring relies on mandatory two-step verification and end-to-end video encryption. In addition, the outdoor camera plus has user-definable privacy settings and privacy zones with which users can block areas in the vision range that they do not want to be covered and in which nothing should be recorded. Additionally, as with all ring cameras, the blue indicator lights up while recording.

The Ring outdoor camera can already be pre-ordered on Amazon for 99.99 euros * and will be shipped from March 26, 2025.
