Trusta: Adata joins forces with a new brand in the enterprise SSD market

Adata is using computex 2025 to introduce the new “Trusta” brand, under which enterprise SSDs will be marketed in the future. It starts with high throughput thanks to PCIe 5.0 and up to 15 TB. The T7P4 still uses PCIe 4.0, and the T5 series is expected to be available with PCIe 4.0 or even SATA.
ADATA has long been known for its consumer storage solutions and recently introduced the new Mars 980 PCIe 5.0 SSD fleet.
Adata wants to make the big leap into the data center for computex 2025, starting May 20th, and has chosen the Trusta Brand (notch Trusta). This is intended to power data centers, AI servers, and the enterprise domain in general with SSDs that operate quickly and efficiently. Adata T7 Trust Series
In the 2.5″/u.2, E1.s, or E3.s form factor, the T7P5 will represent the pinnacle of performance. The 5.0 series is designed to offer sequential transfer rates of up to 13,500 MB/s read and 10,400 MB/s. Storage capacities are expected to range from 1.92 TB to 15.36 TB.
The T7P4 is expected to generate 7,400 MB/s read and 5,050 MB/s write via PCIe 4.0. Models with capacities up to 7.68 TB are expected.
PCIE-6.0 SSDs already in development
The T7 series will later be expanded to include models with QLC memory and very high storage capacities. As solutions with PCIe 6.0 are already available, these are expected to be in development.
Series Adata Trusta T5 also with SATA
Adata, somewhat surprisingly, but nonetheless comprehensively, still uses the SATA interface, which is almost no longer available for SSDs in the NVME age. However, there are still servers that use SATA SSDs as boot data carriers, for which the performance is still sufficient. Adata has chosen the T5 series for these areas as well as for general “data storage.” The models that have not yet been specified are called the T5P4B, T5S3B, and T5S3. They are to be offered in variants with SATA 3 or PCIe 4.0. So far, the only image can be expected at least in 2.5-inch and M.2 form factors. Power default protection includes other equipment.
