In response to the April 23, 2025 report, Toshiba’s PR agency independently informed the editorial team that the 24TB N300 (Pro) would not be available in European retail stores and therefore should not be purchased in Germany. A reason for this was not initially mentioned, but was requested by the computer database. It was only today that the comments came with the following statement from Toshiba:

We are currently seeing manageable demand for NAS hard drives with a capacity of 24 TB in the European market. In this context, we will not be introducing the 24 TB N300 model to the European market initially. We are continuously analyzing market developments and regularly validating our decision based on current needs.

Accordingly, Toshiba considers the demand for a NAS hard drive with a storage capacity of 24 TB in Europe too low to offer them there. With the “for the time being,” however, the manufacturer may be open to bringing the N300 to the market in this region with a 24 TB capacity at a later date. The N300 Pro is not offered in Germany anyway.
